The BRUILT Team recently joined Enfield Council’s Next Steps Programme to deliver our Pathway to Entrepreneurship workshop, part of our THE BRUILT CREATIVE FUTURES FORUM. What began as a presentation quickly evolved into a live conversation about identity, possibility, and creative futures. We moved beyond traditional career paths, encouraging students to view entrepreneurship, particularly in the creative sector, as a viable and serious post-GCSE and post-A Level route.
The highlight? An unscheduled roundtable session. Over 25 students stayed behind, eager to dive deeper into how they can turn their unique gifts and strengths into commercial potential. The room shifted. Students leaned in. Questions deepened and conversations became real. At BRUILT, we don’t just deliver content; we build structured growth experiences designed to shift thinking.
A huge thank you to Enfield Council for the invitation and for championing the potential of our young people.
We explored:
• Creative entrepreneurship beyond the mainstream
• Identifying personal gifts and commercialising strengths
• The mindset behind resilience and self-mastery
• Real stories from young entrepreneurs who started at 15–17
• The power of thinking differently about work and identity
The impact extended beyond the stage. Teachers and programme leaders described the session as engaging, relevant and perspective-shifting. Our sessions transform thinking to ultimately transform outcomes.
Be Seen. Be Heard. Be Remembered.

Thank you to Enfield Council for the invitation and for investing in the futures of your young people.

At BRUILT, we build structured growth experiences designed to shift thinking.
